Customized Pneumatic Actuator And Pneumatic Valve

Custom Options Available
Drive Type and Actuator Structure
Rack-and-pinion, scotch yoke, or linear structures can be customized to meet diverse requirements for opening and control response.
Casing Material and Surface Treatment
Stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or special alloy materials can be customized based on the operating environment (such as marine, corrosive media, and high-temperature locations). A variety of surface treatment options are available, including anodizing, spray coating, and passivation.
Output Torque and Cylinder Specifications
The output torque range (5Nm to 50,000Nm) and cylinder diameter (φ32 to φ400mm) can be customized to optimize the match based on valve load and line pressure.
Control Accessory Integration Solutions
Customizable integrated combinations of limit switch boxes, solenoid valves, manual overrides, filter-pressure regulators, and other accessories are supported to meet the centralized and modular requirements of complex control systems.
Valve Body Material and Seal Structure
The ball or butterfly valve body material (such as WCB, CF8, CF8M) and seal structure (soft or metal) can be customized based on the media type to enhance wear resistance and sealing performance.
Signal Interface and Communication Protocol
Customized feedback signal types (4–20mA, switch, position signals, etc.) and communication protocols (such as Modbus, Profibus, and HART) are supported to meet the digital connectivity requirements of automation systems.

Custom Process
Requirements Communication and Technical Confirmation
The sales and technical teams will work with customers to define core requirements, such as usage scenarios, control logic, and interface parameters, which will serve as the technical foundation for the custom design.
Feasibility Assessment and Solution Development
The engineering department will conduct a technical feasibility assessment based on the requirements, develop a structural, material selection, and functional implementation plan, and provide technical drawings and a preliminary quote.
Customer Confirmation and Contract Signing
After the customer confirms the solution details, they will sign a customization agreement, specifying the delivery date, warranty terms, and acceptance criteria, and then enter the formal production process.
Process Development and Prototype Verification
Based on the custom requirements, we will complete process development and prototype manufacturing, and conduct performance testing, interchangeability verification, or on-site simulated operating condition testing.
Mass Production and Factory Testing
After the prototype passes verification, we will enter mass production. All customized products must pass a dedicated testing process and quality inspection before they can be shipped.
Delivery Support and Operation Tracking
After product delivery, we will provide on-site commissioning, operation guidance, and ongoing technical support. We will also optimize the design of subsequent batches based on feedback data.
