The Electric Three Piece Ball Valve is an integrated control device consisting of an electric actuator and a three-piece stainless steel ball valve. By receiving the current or voltage signal output by the DCS or PLC system, the electric actuator drives the ball in the valve to rotate 90° to achieve the switch or flow regulation of the pipeline medium.

Its regulation accuracy can reach ±1%, so that control parameters such as flow, temperature, and pressure can be fed back in real time and accurately adjusted.
Reliable Sealing
The valve seat of the Electric Three Piece Ball Valve is made of PTFE, RPTFE, or PPL to ensure a close fit between the valve seat and the ball. At a working pressure of 4.0 MPa, the leakage is less than 0.01%.
Stable transmission
The Electric Three Piece Ball Valve adopts a quarter-turn structure to position the valve ball accurately to avoid jamming. It is combined with a gear drive system to provide a balanced transmission force, reduce impact and friction, and ensure long-term, high-frequency opening and closing stable operation.
Strong corrosion resistance
The valve body material of the Electric Three Piece Ball Valve is SS304 or SS316 stainless steel, which can effectively cope with a variety of corrosive media such as acid, alkali, steam, and salt water.
