Easy to operate
The Declutchable Manual Gear Box outfits an eccentric switching mechanism and a limit pull ring. Users only need to rotate the handle to achieve 90° quick disengagement or engagement operation, so that the manual and automatic control modes can be switched freely.
High transmission efficiency
The worm gears are precision machined, with smooth tooth surfaces and tight meshing. The transmission efficiency is as high as 96%, the input torque range is 70Nm~300Nm, and the output torque is as high as 3000Nm, achieving efficient and stable transmission.
Excellent sealing
The double EPDM sealing ring structure is adopted, and the shell protection level can be selected from IP65, IP67, and IP68, which effectively blocks the intrusion of external media such as dust and water vapor so that the Declutchable Manual Gear Box can operate for a long time in a humid, dusty or corrosive environment.
Strong installation compatibility
The upper and lower flanges of the Declutchable Manual Gear Box comply with ISO 5211 and DIN3337 standards, supporting the combination of a variety of actuators and valves.
