Compact structure
Declutchable Wormgear adopts a compact modular design, and its overall dimensions are about 25% smaller than those of traditional wormgear devices, making it particularly suitable for applications with limited space.

Good wear resistance
The worm gear in Declutchable Wormgear is made of QT500 ductile iron, and the worm is made of QT400 material, which has excellent torsion and wear resistance, with an output torque of up to 5000Nm. After continuous operation of more than 500,000 openings and closings, the gear wear rate remains below 0.02%.

Strong self-locking function
The self-locking torque of the worm gear can reach 15 Nm, which enables Declutchable Wormgear to automatically maintain the valve position in the event of power failure or failure, prevent the flow of media, and improve the safety and stability of system operation.

Easy switching
Through the pull rod structure design, Declutchable Wormgear can achieve fast switching between manual and pneumatic operation without disassembly or complex adjustment, which is particularly suitable for working conditions that require emergency manual intervention.

Efficient transmission
Declutchable Wormgear adopts a precision-machined worm gear structure with high tooth profile accuracy, smooth meshing, low transmission resistance, and a transmission efficiency of up to 98%, achieving fast opening and closing and stable transmission.
