ITS300 High-Temperature Limit Switch adopts a high-strength die-cast aluminum housing, which can withstand more than 7J impact energy, effectively prevent high-temperature arcs and sparks from spreading outward, and ensure the safety of equipment in hazardous gas environments.
Strong protection
ITS300 High-Temperature Limit Switch with IP67 high-level protection can work normally in harsh environments such as high humidity, strong dust, and rain.
Corrosion resistance
The surface of the ITS300 High-Temperature Limit Switch housing adopts an epoxy-polyester powder spraying process, which has a salt spray corrosion resistance of more than 720 hours. The internal key structural parts, such as spindle connectors and bolts, are made of stainless steel to ensure the service life in acid, alkali, seaside, and other high-corrosion areas.
High convenience of adjustment
The ITS300 High-Temperature Limit Switch is equipped with a spring-loaded quick adjustment cam inside, which can realize manual adjustment of the limit point without tools. The adjustment process takes only 30 seconds, and the debugging efficiency is improved by more than 40%, which greatly reduces the on-site manual configuration cost.
Clear and intuitive indication
The ITS300 High-Temperature Limit Switch can accurately display the valve opening and closing status through the 0°~90° dome indicator equipped on the top. Its red and yellow two-color design is distinguishable within a visual distance of 5 meters, which improves the efficiency of on-site operation identification.
